Hello, I am just about to buy GTA IV, but my mom, the one with the money, wonders if you have to repay like every month. I said no, but she just wants proof. Another thing, is the GTA IV on Steam the FULL VERSION, and is not like a trial?

No, it's a one time buy, you pay X amount for the game, no re-buy/re-pay i'm pretty sure you buy it once, have issue, can redownload given your account has it listed as you paid for it and might be on another computer...But download install, make a back up copy of it, and you shoulc be fine in that aspect. Far as i know..there aren't any demos of GTAiv, but it's a full version if you are paying for it

I use the Steam version, like Asuna said, buy it once and you're done, it will remain in your games list tied to that account forever, and you can download it as many times as you want.

It's true that it's tied to your Steam account. I've had to restore my computer and I downloaded the game and I wasn't charged because it was tied to my account.
