there should be read me files within the downloads. and u may need to change the font and size of ur request as the moderators maygo ape as its not normal font and size. i did forget to say that if u need help with mods other than lcpd fr mod dont ask in here

Just for the record, I can read perfectly well, I'm sure you don't need to make huge bold text.

is it so hard for you to read "readme" file?

"Installation:

Just copy all files into your GTA IV root dir (e.g. C:ProgrammsRockstarGTA IV).

All files in /scripts/ have to be in /GTA IV/scripts/ then, the advanced hook one folder above (root folder)" - Indicator SCRIPT

ELS:

"Installation

Depending on which version of GTAIV you have, select the correct VERSION folder from the download package and place its

contents (not the folder itself) inside your main GTAIV game directory.

Open and edit the ELS.ini file in order to customize the ELS according to your needs."

Not related to LCPDFR, moved to GTA IV > support.

Also please refrain from making bold posts in larger size, it's not very pleasant to read, it's very similar to someone taking in a raised voice, or even shouting.
