All plugins and LSPDFR loads up and i can play. Other plugins like spotlight also work. Opening console pauses game but i can type in the console i just can't see it. Now this would not be a problem if the police radio wasn't invisible. Anyone have an idea how to fix this. Ragepluginhook forums also had nothing regarding this issue

I'm having this problem too and the only way I can fix it is by loading the game back up until it works

 The problem is that when i load up the game, it says LSPDFR is loaded, everything loads fine but i can t open the console.
When i try to press F4 to open the console, my game just freeze since i press F4 again. I tried to run commands during the freeze and it works.
I tried to teleport to a checkpoint and it worked.
I tried to run a plugin but it DIDN'T WORK.

Here is the things i tried:
Reinstalling the game.
Restarting computer.
Reinstall 5 times RPH.
Reinstall 3 LSPDFR.
Changed my console key : from F4 to: F3 , F3 , Q , E.
Delete my Documents folder, doing a new savegame.
Checking for various Youtube tutorials and RPH's forum posts.

The problem is that are some other plugins that i need to load manually, and i can t do it

I played the game perfectly fine for 2 weeks, and this night when i tried to launch it again the problem showed up, i didn t make any changes to the game,
0 updates.
0 changing to the game forlder.
Please if you can help i will be verry happy and i will give you a reward, something like 5 euros i think.

Windows 10 Creator update?

 

Had same issue. Force Windowed mode and force DX11 in the RPH settings. Worked for me.
