i would think whatever you have changed like cars just copy and paste the vehicle file. into a folder called backup gta thats what i do

    theres a few ways to go about this, you can

    1) copy EVERY THING which is up to 32 gigs if you have both IV and EFLC, 16 per game (rounding up here) or

    2)you can back up certain aspects you have modified, such as your characters, vehicle files, handling data
