Rage Hook Launch Problem

I put all the correct files into my folder, and when I go to launch RageHook too start LSPDFR it Says "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.

Please try again, If the problem persists, please restart computer, If anyone knows how to fix it please let me know I really wanna figure this out.
