LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook installation error

have problem with installation of LSPDFR and Rage Plg Hook . when I wanna install just come error window :

Any help what is wrong ?  this same error is with installation of Rage Plug. Hook

What's the actual error message? Is it telling you anything is out of date or a version is incorrect? I'm not sure what exact error you're having, because I have no idea what those numbers you posted mean.

I'm not sure what that mean either . But I guess is soemthing about privacy statement . I gues . Even when I turn off in Win7 privacy protection . show up same error . Once again thank for response
