The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi 

 if i install LPDFR will I have to install things like the radio call outs and different holsters etc or does everything one pre installed. If so how do I change the preset things. I really don't understand the concept of the mod. Can you inform me?

When you install lspdfr you don't have any scripts like radio; you have to install it after you install lspdfr.
