Some Lights Are Bright and Some Are Not

Hey. I Need Help with some of the Vehicles ive installed in GTA 5. Some of the red and blue flashing lights are bright and some of them are very dim. I Installed the Miami Police Pack and there wasn't any instructions for installing it but i did as best i could. I added Vehicles.meta that came with the pack and also installed the vehicles into the game. Ive got a couple screenshots to better understand this. The Lights on the back of the 2015 FPIU rotate thats why there is the second screenshot of the back.

 

If anyone can help me that would be awesome!

Finally Got this to work After reading a forum post about turning Shaders up but the back of the FPIU lights Still rotate.

If only this community had devoted people that took the time to write guides about how to mod GTA V and solve most basic problems, it would only take a few seconds of research for people in need to find what they need...
