The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to edit the pause menu map/ or minimap icon on the screen? Does anyone no where the location of this is in Open IV? I would like to put a color overlay over certain areas of the map. For example if I was  patrolling the Davis area it would be red, blue or any color on the map that way each area will have boundries that I could easily see. Also it would be helpful in roll playing as well.

 

I looked into this and found a District map someone had made a while back but it was only a image and not a file to install.

 

Maybe someone knows something a little more on it
