The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

lspdfr freeze the game and crash

This is what the log says [27/11/2016 23:35:17.010] LSPD First Response: WARNING! Plugin "LSPD First Response" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze (Freeze was caused by game fiber: <UNNAMED THREAD>).

i tried to reload all plugins, restart my computer, but anything worked, i play it about 10 minutes or less and this messenge appears.

First of all, you have lots of outdated plugins, try removing all of the LSPDFR plugins for now.
If that doesn't work, load up the Ragehook config and change the Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000.
