Is there any way to reduce the amount of vehicle or Ped flags? In ALPR + they have an amazing future to reduce the probability of alerts. I've noticed when stopping vehicles in game and using Police Radio or Computer+ 9 times out of 10 the vehicle or Ped is flagged for a warrant or something.  I've read somewhere that the flags are tied to the LSPDFR API and RPH. I have no idea if it's even possible or even what files to edit to reduce the amount of flags. Can anyone help me out? 

Each script reads each other meaning like say there's a mugging in progress, the callout set that generated that and police radio's code talk to each other. It's kinda hard to explain.
