The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

In Albo's Troubleshooter, it's telling me I have one error with my ALPRPlus.

Here is a picture of it,

It really wasn't that hard, I searched "ALPR Plus" on lcpdfr.com and this was the first result:
