Why is my glass glowing????

Featured Replies

I am testing two new vehicles I am creating... but the glass on them glows. It's not the lightbar glass, just the headlight glass, and the windows (front, back, and all four side windows) please help me!

Do you have screenshots? If its a greenish colour it could be extralights, they reflect off of glass.

yes I'll post some screenshots. it's a glowing white color.

Here they are. And by the way, i am aware that three out of the four wheels on the one car are missing, that's my next focus.

Your glass may be set to an emissive material. Double check in Zmodeler and make sure the window mesh is assigned to a glass material.

When I change it, it changes the texture of the glass itself

Screenshot the material and it's properties for the glass.

This is the material I am using and all of the properties. What should I assign to the adapt? It's currently set as an emmissive.

It's set to a "vehicle_lightsemissive" material which is why it is glowing in game. You need to convert the material to "vehicle_glass" by selecting the material, clicking the little globe icon at the top right of the materials window, and selecting it through there. Then you will have to configure the textures.
