The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello everyone,

Just got back into LSPDFR after a long hiatus (and a computer upgrade, yay!) and I've been wondering. Does the current version have any command/shortcut to discontinue a pursuit?

If you mean calling off the pursuit in general (all units disengage), then no. :(  That isn't available.  You can leave the pursuit, but the icon of the pursuit will stay on your map until it's resolved or he gets away.
