The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I want my radio name to be 1 Adam 12 so when I get calls, that's my name. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I'm using LSPDFR.

Go into the INIs for your callout packs, Police Radio, Traffic Policer, etc. There will be an option to change you unit number/name. You don't have to change the number in call out packs, but it keeps it consistent. :P  Police Radio, Traffic Policer, and Arrest Manager are the main mods you want your name changed in.

Just change your name anywhere that gives you the option to in plugin INIs.  Police Radio, Traffic Policer, etc.
