The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

nope, nothing. scripthook.net was outdated but still it isnt fixing lspdfr dll from crashing

    In your GTA V folder, it's right next to the RagePluginHook launcher.  It has the same RPH name, but it's a text document. :)

    Have you been running RPH as admin so it has full access? if not, try that.

I'm sorry, but I really don't know then.  The last thing I can advise is to reinstall LSPDFR/RPH.  Sorry I can't offer more.
