I have recently updated the game to version .877 and have downloaded the latest lspdfr 031, the latest ragepluginhook 9935 ALPHA1, the latest scripthook 877.1.

 

and since then the game will not even start up. if I uninstall lspdfr then it will load and I can play, but as soon as I reinstall lspdfr it starts loading and an error screen comes up which i have never seen before. I tried putting on an older version on lspdfr and the ragepluginhook but it says its not compatible with this game version. Im not sure how to find where the error log is to post it up either. i took this picture of the error box that appears. any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Can you please attach your RPH log to your next reply?  It's a little difficult to read the one you posted.

 

Now I noticed you were in developer mode.  Why is this?  Did you modify anything to get this result?

 

Finally, have you tried launching GTA V normally and then opening RPH?

hi, yeah i wasn't sure how to find the rpf log, can you tell me where it is so i can attach? i have no idea why its in developer mode???

Your RPH log can be found right by the actual RPH launcher.  It has the same name, but it's a text document.

Yes it is, thank you!  Unfortunately, your log isn't providing information as to why it crashed.  Can you please launch GTA V normally?  Once in game, try launching RPH.

You'll have to alt tab and open RPH as you normally would.

 

One  thing before you do that, is it possible your anti virus or firewall is blocking GTA V?  Are you running RPH as admin?

yeah because when i install it it says your running it with elevated privileges...

it wont even open the game now with lspdfr installed, even when im using the playgtav icon, not the RPH icon, just no text window opens up, is there an error log for the normal game i can show you?

how do i know if its the anti virus or firewall blocking the game??

Unfortunately there isn't.  Is there anything in your GTA V directory that is from a previous GTA version?  Anything you chose not to update?

Go into your computer settings.  You should see the option for firewall. Once you're in the settings, there should be a spot for you to allow programs in.

Hi,

 

have you got OpenIV installed? If so, delete OpenIV.asi in your GTA main directory and try to start the game. Unfortunately your game will start without the additional cars you´ve installed. You can also delete AdvanceHook.asi but if you are doing so, the game won´t load the multiplayer police station.

There isn't a command.

I have uninstalled the game and re installed it, it appears to be working. thanks for your help.
