Ok, so i got this problem for i while... for some reason i can't istall any .IOV files in OpenIV, well it will istall and it says Succseed, but when i load the game, no cars insalled. any help from a good modder :P

Not all vehicles are .OIV files. Make sure the file actually says .OIV.

yes i know. im reading the "read me" fils in the mod i installed, and it says that i have to install the IOV in OpenIV. im doing everything it says, but still, no mods installed. Like cars mod

no, well i havent made any "mods" folder, cuz im to lazy to make one. do i need to make one? and what suld i include in that one?

Yes, you need a mods folder. Copy the folders "update" and "x64" into there. Otherwise your game will update every time you add mods to replace the mods with original files.
