I'm to install Gump's 2013 Tahoe with using that DLC above but when I try to install model is there but texture for skin is not.. If anyone out in community that could help me resolve this issue because I don't understand what I do to get all the metas to work please and thank you.

I'm confused.  You say the issue is concerning the texture, but also mention the meta? Go into wherever the vehicle model is in OpenIV.  Do you see a .yft and .ytd file for that vehicle?

yes I put them in and I have a sherbert colored model now.

it's in custom cars dlc

That's how some of them are supposed to look in the OpenIV viewer only.  Have you looked at it in game?

It does seem like you're missing the .ytd, though. Verify it's there, please.

you are missing the .ytd file of that model. You can even see in the bottom right corner of openIV in that screenshot it is not reading the .ytd associated with that model

This indicates that the game is not reading the texture file.  Go  into the meta, carvar, and vehicles.rpf and verify the names for that model are all the same.

ok the issue I have where would I find those files at paths please because with his files there were none, so I thought I just need to drag and drop the main files but those didn't work with the cvpi pack you tried to help me with.. I guess I just need to understand it a bit better ... I had no problems til this last update.. I had the it working in patchday9ng but now it's up to 12 so I'm a bit lost sorry. I'm not a newbie just need to understand better.

In OpenIV, go to mods-->update-->x64-->dlcpacks.  Choose the dlcpack that has this vehicle.  Next go into Common-->data.  Extract the carvariations to your desktop and open it.   Very the <modelName> is correct.  If it is, just close it.  If there's a mistake, correct it.

 

Next from here, go into level-->gta5 and extract the vehicle meta. Verify that the modelName, txdName, and gameName are all correct.  If they are, close the meta.  If there's a mistake, correct it.

 

Finally,go back in OpenIV until you're on the "dlc" option.  Here you will see common and x64.  Click on x64-->levels-->gta 5-->vehicles.  Find that vehicle name and verify it's correct.

I found the issue when I was renaming had a comma I guess instead of a dot and I also named it Sheriff2 instead of sheriff2 now all I have to do is change handling to something heavier.
