So I can play GTA 5 for a little while and then it will crash this happens even when im not on duty, I have attached my crash log and hopefully someone can help me.

Is your game up to date?  If so, is everything you've installed also up to date?

Have you tried launching GTA normally (no RPH)?  Try it and see if it still crashes.  If it does, it's an overall issue with your game.  If it doesn't, there's an issue with RAGE.

Hmm seems to crash even with no RPH is there a crash log any where cant seem to find one?

There is a RagePluginHook document.  Try deleting your mods folder and remaking it.

Ahh ok theres nothing in my mods folder could this still affect it?

Possibly.  There is an issue with the mods folder in the recent update.

So I think I have found the problem, it is something to do with the Ultimate British police pack as I have tried installing it in my mod folder and normal gta folder on open IV and it crashes after a while as soon as I remove the pack it works no problems. What could be the causes of this and is there another british police pack I could try?

I believe that pack is the only one.  I have never used it, so I can't answer as to why.  Could post in the mod topic and ask the author.

Apparently it has fixed a lot of peoples games that have modded/addon vehicles.

This just allocates for more room.  The game wouldn't randomly crash had he exceeded standalone car limit.
