maybe someone experienced the same problem like me.

After approximately 10 minutes of gameplay i can't stop peds anymore.

I can do what i want.

When i press E, nothing happens. 

Sometimes my peds shouts.

I've installed 0.3.1 and the following plugins:

 

Arrest Manager

Assorted Callouts

Invincible Police Vehicles

Speed Radar

Alfredo Helper

EUP

KTFDO

PedSearch

RageShow....

Hey there, it's a known f**k-up. I know, it's a major pain in the a**. A lot of people have this problem (check this forum). I can use my E-button function once and then it stops working although I noticed there are still some plug-ins that allow the button to work. I uninstalled everything and then started to install it again one by one and from the moment I install Arrest Manager the E button stops functioning. This IS not the problem for everybody though. I contacted Albo about it and he says that it is impossible because plug-ins can never interfere with the game's major functions. That may as well be in the meantime I have this problem too and I have to choose between using the most useful button on LSPDFR (E) or using one of the most useful plug-ins of LSPDFR (Arrest Manager).

 

Good luck...if you find a solution...let us know. In the meantime you can make arrests by "aiming" your flashlight at pedestrians and pushing E (just like with guns). It's not really the same and it's a poor excuse of a temporary solution but i'm doing it like that until a fix magically appears (like the bug did) because I will not play without Arrest Manager...
