Unable to install custom vehicles

I'm fairly new to LSPDFR and have been attempting to install some custom police vehicles with no success, I've been using OpenIV and after replacing/adding the necessary files I'm met with a corrupt game data error (screenshot attached).

Any ideas what could be causing this? I've attempted to install the following vehicles all to no avail:

    Where are you putting the vehicle files?

    Also, are you using a mods folder? If not, you need to make one, and copy the folders "update" and "x64e" into that folder, and then put vehicles in there.

    I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?
