Gta IV Icenhancer 2.1 screen glare effect

Hello, this is my first forum and I really need help with Icenhancer 2.1 . My problem is that when it goes night then at exactly at 5:59 a.m, when I move the camera or driving, whatever was on the screen stays there but faintly that you could see through it, but you could notice it and it goes away when it goes back to nighttime. I can't really describe this effect, it's like a stain that stays there until night. I tried everything and it won't go away unless it's night. Same thing happens when it's raining and a lightning flash happens. Whatever on the screen stays there. This Icenhancer is compatible with my version of GTA IV, 1.0.7.0 . This is so annoying. Please help.
