The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi ALL 

I have been one of the select few going through the hair pulling times of trying to get it to work again ....

But after hours of fighting I have managed it by the simple thing of turning the anti virus off and it launched straight away.

so for some of us it may be anti virus software causing the issue.

I'd just like to reiterate this is not a solution for everyone, especially when people often use different anti-viruses.
