The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Sounds like you went over the allocated sound limit.  A lot of siren packs have a warning that your audio folder can't exceed some amount, or it's muted.  I strongly suggest trying another siren pack.  I use this American Siren pack.

    i see im a try that one do you know if sirren mastery is working i saw albo updated all his mods except that one

    I cannot answer that, unfortunately.  I'm on an older version where Siren Mastery is not supported.  Knowing Albo, he's probably working on it right now and getting it ready.
