Game Freezes And Crashes When Spawning Cars

After updating Script Hook, Rage, and GTA V, I am having a strange issue. Whenever I try to spawn a vehicle via Simple Trainer or the Rage console, the game completely freezes. Usually I must force-restart my PC because if I alt-tab out during this freeze, my desktop is just completely black and I can click nothing. If the game manages to unfreeze, which it has one or twice, the game completely lags out to the point of force-restart. If I do not attempt to spawn any cars in, the game works just fine. I've tried spawning both vanilla and modded vehicles, and have also tried spawning vanilla vehicles without any modded vehicles installed. Nothing seems to work. Is anyone able to help?
