I was running Redux and had Ragehook up to date and was still experiencing game crashes and failed start ups. I came across this and my game is running smooth now. I am not sure if this will solve the game crashes some of you are experiencing without running Redux. Give it a try and let me know if it helps out!!

Been trying all day to install car mods, but it would break my game and cause crashes. Tried this and lord behold It WORKED!!
