im having a problem with installing supporting mods IE: LSPDFR+, SpeedTrap, etc from this site. if someone has most of the the supporting mods installed, can someone help me understand the order in which i install them, i know in other games you have to install 1,2,3,4, etc mods first, however if you install 1,3,4,2, it i will break the game... so im question is what mods stack on what mods: mods im looking at so far is

LSPDFR, LSPDFR+, Police Radio, Arrest Mgnt, Speedtrap, Traffic policer, The menu.

i also know at this moment the Rage that LSPDFR isnt the most recent, i have to manually install RAGE as well... so far i have 1, LSPDFR, RAGE, the Menu.... whats next, or what am i missing?

The first thing you want to do is install your major mods. Your major mods are LSPDFR and RAGE Plugin Hook in this case. That being said, you want to FIRST install your LSPDFR and THEN your RAGE Plugin (let it replace any files that it needs to) after that you're free to install your plugins. Your plugins are PoliceRadio, LSPDFR+, Arrest Manager, Speed Trap, Traffic Policier, etc. Plugins are just anything that you need LSPDFR in order to run.

You should be good to go from there. Hope this helps.

actually no, that didnt help at all, its like you gave me the "turn off my product and turn it back on" type of help. Furthermore i said everything you said in short hand, "i have 1st, LSPDFR, then 2, RAGE Plugin", due to the newer update, etc....  so for the sake of argument lets pretend im not a total nannie. In order 1,2,3,4,5,6, etc. what order do i need to download from the mods i have listed above... or is there a mod installer who will prioritize it for me? because ive tried 6 times in the last 3 days and the only ones i can get working is LSPDFR and RAGE. anytime i add "correctly" the mods, and by correctly i mean, reading the readme, it takes a dump on me and crashes the game, at which point i have to delete everything and start fresh install of GTA.....

Just install LSPDFR first, RPH next, ScripthookV & ScipthookVdotNET after that, and then your plugins and callouts. Thats always how i do it when i install a fresh copy and it works for me.

update: I found the issue, I didn't have a common.dll installed. I ran the troubleshooter from albo1125 and fix most of the issues, now I'm running into another problem.... LSPDFR+, Arrest MGNT, and Traffic Policer is not working, not starting, nothing. I can not tell them to mimmick, cant reach and "remove the keys" or grab an arrested perp and move them. ive changed key binding and nothing. also I wanted to run the LSPDFR+ stats, and it says I need to be on duty asleast once.... which I have been. so I know these are not working. and funny thing is that all 3 mods are from Albo1125 and his troubleshooter is not picking up anything

I too have installed things as stated in read me files and only get LSPDFR working right. None of the other major plugs ins work. And I can't get an updated coroner van working either. 

im so lost for some odd reason when i run the troubleshooter it use to fix my issues

If the callouts and such worked, then yes, you do.  ScripthookV and Scripthookdotnet will be in your main GTA V directory.

Are they up to date?

i mean they installed i cant find those 2
