The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I tried replacing everything in my plugins folder that wasn't working but that didn't fix it either. I'm playing on a steam version.

The 1 other thing that actually works is foot pursuit aid. Also, it checked to see if I could check it off on RPH but I couldn't as it wasn't listed.

I'm on the newest version of GTA with the newest version of RPH. And yes, I have tried ReloadAllPlugins but that only reloads the two that were already working.
