Which enhancers have you used so far? In meantime I'll download some and check out their ini files and see if any of em can be changed. At least the lights are working right on the normal police cruisers...Means we haven't messed anything up lol 😛

Nah the stock ones are also too gloomy but I usually just use Radiance V

this is what i was talking about right here. at some point your cars were fine right? your stock cars were fine when you played the game the first time? because i am at a loss..and that's only happened like two other times and this is almost the third i've searched tons of stories and tons of threads and noone has this problem to this degree..so i'd like to fix it..but i dont know where to go from here since this has been going on for several months, have you considered a re install to try and take this back to factory?
