The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Did you download the latest Rage hook afterwards? We need more details, such as was there an error when you try to start the game, anything? We can't help you as much when you only words are "GTA stops working"
