So I launch GTA V with scriphookv and scripthookvdotnet together. But when I start RPH with scripthookvdotnet, it will load then crash the game. Yes everything is up to date including game version and all files. Is there a fix for this? If so please let me know. I am trying to load objects from Map Editor for my daily RP so I need either this solved, or a way to load .xml files from map editor without scripthookvdotnet. Thanks a bunch guys.

    Since I'm a nice guy...and its the most common fix...

    Disable your antivirus.
    Make GTA V folder - not read only.

    Visit me on youtube. The most common reason for crashing is user error. Make sure you have the latest RAGE, ScripthookV, ScripthookVdotnet and turn off your antivirus. Make sure you have an up to date gameconfig.xml as well. Use Allbo's plugin troubleshooter to find any errors too.

    Thanks. And trust me, I have looked and looked and looked and nobody said that anywhere. I will try this when I get home.

    OK, so tried both of those and it still crashes. Also, every time I try to set the game folder to not read-only. It keeps reverting.

    You should be using RPH to launch your game. Some people launch the game then use RPH. Obviously you narrowed it down to scripthook being an issue and not RPH. So dig around, eliminate all script files and retry. Make sure everything is up to date. If you still have issues you'll have to keep researching and keep trying til that miracle happens. Or start from scratch. Add one at a time.

    All computer problems are a process of research and elimination. Google the heck out of the problem. Use common sense and what you've used for success in the past to weed out the dumb suggestions and go from there.

    It is a pain in the rear. But that one guy in the thread posted a notedpad with a million ways to fix RPH. So one of them may help you with the other issue since they are usually all related.

    Yeah. But I found another way around it. I'm using the menyoo script to place and save objects. But your right it is a pain.
