I just downloaded and managed to get working steam copy of GTAIV (which is a miracle in itself. I just downloaded LCPDFR - I will be installing shortly. However the games graphics are terrible. I run LSPDFR on max and its near perfect - Why would a game that's older with a better PC have such poor settings (it wont allow me to increase). Could it be because I installed into program files(x86) instead of regular? I was told that's where it should be downloaded (Faviagno's video). See Below.

 

Use commandline.txt, -nomemrestrictions.

Oh we are running solid now my friend. Time to Mod! good man. flipping between lspdfr and lcpdfr will keep my fun level high.
