hello I have the disk Verson of GTA 5 and im getting this error form ragepluginhook Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.

Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer. everythid has been updated and the install was put in step by step with the read me for LSPDFR MY ANTIVIRUS FIREWALL AND WINDOWS DEFENDER IS TURNED OFF TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND I AM RUNNING IT AS ADMIN

PLEASE HELP

Have you unblocked the files needed? Usually a box will appear when you launch Ragehook asking if you want to unblock "these" files

yes all files have been unblocked i used Albos LSPDFR Troubleshooter and it says microsoft visual c++ 2010 not installed it is installed and when you launch ragepluginhook it checks microsoft visual c++ 2010 as installed and ready i don't understand i played lspdfr when it was first released but i have updated my pc and got new drives so now i have to start over dose anyone have an old version of lspdfr so i can try going back to and old version because sometimes i get an error like this  when that stops give me this error it gos back to  ragepluginhook Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.
