Importing new sounds into vehicle.awc

Hey guys,

I have a siren mod I released for Siren Mastery but I was wanting to create a vehicles.awc version as well for those who don't use Siren Mastery or for those who want the same sirens for NPC's to match their sirens in Siren Mastery. I know how to extract the files out of vehicles.awc, export to openFormats and all that jazz, but I can't figure out how to import new individual sounds (so 0x0D329446 for Police Primary, SIREN_2 for Police Secondary, POLICE_WARNING and 0x0EA58C7C for the bullhorn) and save it as vehicles.awc ready for uploading
