Hello. What could be causing this strange effect? So they look extinguished cars at a standstill? My lights are also strangely partially lit. Any help?

You can just upload your screenshots here. And your description makes no sense, and the screenshot doesn't show anything wrong.

If your talking about the indicators being on, you have probably installed a visualsettings mod that changes them to always be on. I would recommend downloading Bxbugs' RADIANCEV because it has an option for no parking lights.
