Please help me to fix this error

For failed to find "msvcp100.dll" you should go here:

https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr100.dll.html

and download the file to your computer.

After you download the file you should take the file to:

C:\Windows\System32

and when you have a 64bit system the file should also in this path:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64

^ No you should not, unless if you want to have something replace a part of Windows from a untrusted source, don't sound right huh?
