Hello there fellow officers one quick  question u love the bx's cars only ones I'm using but the thing is they spawn with random liveries any way I  could  fix that maybe delete the liveries provided using open iv?

You can delete liveries, yeah. To do so just open the vehicle's .ytd file with OpenIV in Edit mode, click on the texture you want to remove and then just hit "Delete" in the top right hand corner of OpenIV. Now just hit "Save" and you're done. Alternately you could install a skin pack or just export the livery you want to use and import it to all the other texture slots, it's up to you really.

Thanks mate and one more question since I already posted is it to much to have 6 police models at one time?
