    ...I know there is a way to bug something in a file so the cops don't wear the hats.. I've done it before but I forgot how. I can't find the topic it was on (gtapolicemods)

    1 = active. meaning it will wear a hat.

    0 = inactive, meaning it won't wear a hat.
