The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello! When i click ragepluginhook it's say "ragepluginhook stopped working" I tried click with adminstrator and didn't workin. My game is not pirate and its working but lspdfr doesnt. Can you help me!

Right click on GTAV.exe -> details -> screenshot the details

Right click on RagePluginHook.exe -> details -> screenshot the details

 

One of the versions is clearly wrong it will say the version number in details. (I would mention LSPDFR does NOT under any circumstances work with pirate copies of the game because thieves can go to hell - but you've already ruled that out)

Details of GTA5.exe not the launcher, though your launcher seems outdated. Make sure you update through steam. What's it say in GTAv.exe details?

 

Also your RHP is outdated. Download newest version from the RPH site
