The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Rage hook wont load slow performance or Insufficient permissions

I have re installed windows and i have a fresh install of gta v i have downloaded the latest version of lspdfr and rage hook (from website ) and also scripthook v yet when i click the rage hook icon it loads the game and states the error below and shuts the rage hook down below is the error and my install location no other plugins are installed

Hello yep tried that even uninstallee my anti virus and disabled Windows defender spend 3 hours trying to get this running even pulled a friends game that is working files onto mine and same error 

Yes update your Windows, see if you have the newest Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 ,   https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/203458663-Social-Club-DirectX-and-Visual-C-Manual-Download-Links-for-GTAV-PC

use PlayGTAV before starting the game perhaps it is still loading and installing some update, put your firewall and antivirus  off when using PlayGTAV.
