The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

First update your LSPDFR to 0.3.1  and update your RagePluginHook to 0.42 this is the stable one ore take the newest 0.45  and then run

oh ok i resolved apparently it seems that i havent uninstall previous  version properly  and there was a plugin that was old Thank you for the support :)
