I was wondering if you anyone could help me. After I installed and removed the GMC Savannah transport van from my game when I go to select a police car from the initial start LSPDFR menu my cars and screen is abit blurry. 

Prior to installing the GMC Savannah I could see the police cars clearly and their light bars. As you can see now in the attached photos and inside the red circles the cars are blurry in the menu. In game they are fine. Any ideas on how to fix the blurriness? Thank you so much for your help it is greatly appreciated.

This is because of PostFX motion blur.

I put it on Normal while in the Police station, before putting it back up to Ultra with the rest of my settings.

My post fx setting is on very high and the motion blur strength bar has nothing on it 

Take it to normal while your in the police station then.
