Hey everyone,

After finding all the classic cars on internet, I still can't find one of this(show in picture) include ELS settings,

There has one at gtamods.com, the car is very nice but it is non-els, which is make me disappointed,

So does anyone can make a light bar just like this with white and red lighting style, make this car become a els car?

Or does anyone know how to enable light bar in a non-els car?
