[FIXED] Issue with VocalDispatch: Regarding the language not matching the speech recognizer.

ToLongToRead: I had an issue and now I don't so I thought I'd post the solution at the bottom of this post since I wrote it out already. I hope this is okay to do. I just haven't really found a post on how to fix this issue. See fix at the bottom. Below this is what the problem was.

I'm sorry if I broke any rules, I did check quickly but could not see any rules not allowing this sort of content. I could not find another place to post this sort of thing so this was where I choose to put it. If this is an issue then please feel free to remove it but I'd ask kindly I'm not banned because I love this site and I mean no harm by posting this information. I have clearly tagged it as fixed and welcome you to ask me to remove it if that's the case. If you do ban me then I understand you have to look at the big picture and I will accept it. LSPD First Response: VocalDispatch: Encountered an exception. It was: System.InvalidOperationException: The language for the grammar does not match the language of the speech recognizer.

I get this error inside even when it's just RageHook, LSPDFR, and this plugin. I will provide the part of the log with the error and the entire log. Note: I have reinstalled all the mods and deleted the log for RageHook when I was re-modding the game.

I have not been able to find any fixes for this so I haven't tried anything yet since I'm not familiar with windows voice recognition software. I don't want to break it even more from my stupidity. Please explain solutions clearly and with bullet points or lists with numbers. I have trouble understanding other types of instructions if that's okay. I am so sorry to take your time up for this and want to thank you. If you need any more information then please let me know.

1.  Is this a developer issue or is it an issue on my local PC.
2. If you know of any fixes for this problem online then please let me know.

How to fix it...

1. Go to start and type into the start menu search "Region & language settings" or go to the Windows 10 settings->Time and Language->Region and Languages"
2. If you do not have "English (United States) then click "Add a language" here, select "English->English (United States)" and then go to next step.
3. Open the newly/already created language on the list (NOT DROP DOWN) but the list near the bottom located here and then select "Options".
4. Look under "Speech" and click "Download".
5. Now go back to "Region & language" and click on English (United States) again but this time select "Set as default"
6. Now if you already have the game open via RageHook open the console (with f4) if you haven't changed the default key and run the command "ReloadPlugins", then run "ForceDuty" and check inside "Pause->Breif->Notifications" and look for the notification referring to VocalDispatch that reads "VocalDispatch: Loaded 28 phrases"
7. Done.
