I think it's a bug in the FederalCallouts mod... How often does your LSPDFR crash?

Try RPH 0.42  because the 0.43 give prob by lot off people and  remove FederallCallouts and Callouts  and try it again.

You're on RagePluginHook v0.43 which has a huge blip issue. There is no way you can stay on that version, and this is where your crashes are coming from.

RPH 0.45 works fine.
