The issue youre having here is an out of date custom gameconfig or an original gameconfig

      are you missing the modified gameconfig.xml for RDE? If you use a mods folder, you could rename it temporarily and see if the game will load to verify that.

      Last update: Backed everything up, installed RDE, tried to launch the game and same issue. So then I put the gameconfig.xml file you linked into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and tried again a
