You're using the wrong format on the file.

Restore the backup you made prior to modifying the game or reinstall/reverify the game.

I got it but when i tried to change the name i got this. am I going to have to redo the whole thing or... is there still an easier way?

Why are you changing the name?

It was a mistake, I thought by changing the name from "Vehicle.oac" To "Vehicle.awc" it would be compatible, but instead it did something completely different, is there anyway i can restore it back to the original without losing all the mods I've already installed. I put a lot of hours into these mods, I don't want to lose them from one mistake..

Rename it back to what you named it from. If that doesn't work, you've permanently and irrevocably broken the file.
