Crashes and "Duty Room" locked

I've been having a lot of crashes lately and I'm having trouble pinpointing what is causing it. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much for taking a look!

System Specs: 

CPU: i7-6700k

RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz

GPU: EVGA GTX 980 Ti Hybrid SLI

MOBO: Asus Maximus VIII Hero Alpha 

Power Supply: Corsair RM1000i

COOLING: Kraken X61

STORAGE: Western Digital WD Black 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Western Digital WD Black 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Samsung Evo 500GB SSD

OS: Windows 10

GTA, Rage, Windows, LCPDFR...are all updated to the latest version. Playing on Rockstar Games Warehouse version.

Not only am I getting these crashes, but for some reason I cannot get into the main Police Station locker room to go "On Duty". The door simply just acts as a wall. Hoping anybody could help at all! Crashes just seem to happen randomly. Sometimes I'll be on a callout, other times I'll just be sitting there.

What I have tried:

Running the Albo Troubleshooter

Reinstalling LCPDFR

Reinstalling Rage

Repairing GTA V

Turning it off and back on again

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
