The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I fix RPH crash error, and I installed this car:

But I don't have it in car choice menu, readme file says I need to install this car in "mods folder" but it's empty. I just copied main "update" folder (i installed car propably in: update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday2ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf") to "mods" but still don't work. what I need to copy ?

The problem is you've put the model in the wrong patch day file. In the future, to overwrite the default models, I recommend putting all your vehicle models in patchday9ng or patchday10ng.

This is true; however, the readme may be out of date. Regardless of the install instructions, I always install vehicles in the latest or second latest patchday.
